Liquid Creative Research Studio
Research Studio is an internal marketing research and planning tool being developed by Liquid Creative Studio LLC for our authorized agency team. It brings together business discovery, keyword research, website planning, and search visibility analysis to support more consistent, evidence-based recommendations for the businesses we serve.
Built for how our agency works
Our team works with businesses at different stages: established companies improving an existing website, organizations launching their first website, and new businesses establishing a digital presence. Research Studio is designed to organize these workflows in one place so we can turn research into actionable campaign plans and website recommendations.
What Research Studio currently supports
Our development prototype supports guided project intake, distinct website-project workflows, imported keyword research files, keyword organization, page-level planning, AI research question generation, recording of verified AI-search observations, and research report exports. These capabilities are used to support internal review by our marketing team.
Planned Google Ads API integration
We are developing an integration with the Google Ads API for authorized Google Ads accounts accessed through Liquid Creative’s agency management workflows. Once enabled and approved, the integration is intended to retrieve keyword ideas and historical keyword planning metrics, including geographic search demand, competition indicators, and advertising bid estimates. Our staff will use these data to inform Google Ads campaign planning, targeting, budgeting, and optimization. The integration is under development and is not presented as a currently available feature.
Planned AI visibility testing
We plan to test how businesses appear in AI-generated research and discovery answers using supported APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Perplexity. Tests will use questions about public business information, services, locations, and competitors to assess business mentions and cited sources. Automated tests will initially use public business information only. Each provider and feature will be enabled only where its terms permit the intended testing, reporting, and retention. These integrations are under development; the prototype does not yet make live calls to these providers.
Results will identify the provider, model, test method, prompt, and date. API-based results will be labeled separately from verified observations in consumer services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI search experiences, and Perplexity. An API answer does not establish what a consumer saw in those services. Staff will review the results before using them in client reports, copy, or strategy. See our privacy policy for the planned data-sharing approach.
Local application and client reports
Research Studio is intended to run locally on authorized Liquid Creative team members’ computers. The planned Google Drive integration will save research reports directly to Google Drive, where reports can be shared with the relevant client. Reports will be retained on an ongoing basis to support future copy development and strategy for that client; they will not be automatically deleted on a fixed schedule. Material with incompatible provider or source-content restrictions will be excluded from long-term reports. Our team will use the research and report findings to develop website copy, advertising copy, and marketing strategy. The public pages on liquidcreativestudio.com provide information about Research Studio; the website does not host the application or collect its research data.
Human review remains central
Research Studio helps our team organize research and develop recommendations. Employees review the information, verify sources where appropriate, and make final decisions about advertising and website strategies. The platform does not replace client approvals, professional judgment, or our responsibility to use authorized data appropriately.
Access and privacy
Research Studio is intended for authorized Liquid Creative team members, not for public self-service use. Research Studio does not have a separate application login. Google Ads and Google Drive connections, when enabled, will require appropriate Google account authorization. Learn how the application handles data in our Research Studio Privacy Policy.
